How dispatch works
From the phone call to the van, in four moves.

01
The call comes in.
Whoever answers types the job while the customer talks: what’s wrong, the address, when they’re home. Boltwick fills in the trade and the likely parts from the description.

The board checks and re-plans.
Skills, the customer’s window and the van’s stock are checked on release. If something is missing, the drive gets a stop at your supplier. Jobs after it shift and their drive times update.

When the day goes sideways
01
A tech calls in sick
Mark them out and their jobs go back in the queue, sorted by urgency. Drag each one to someone nearby, or let Boltwick suggest the best fit.
02
A job runs long
The tech taps Running late on their phone. The next jobs slide, drive times recalculate, and each customer gets an updated window.
03
An emergency comes in
Drop it on whoever is closest and qualified. The planned work behind it moves, and anything that no longer fits today is flagged for tomorrow.
